Shipping Policy

To show we appreciate and value our customers, we're offering the best quality products and fast shipping.

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing your items as fast as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons such as summer, Christmas, or if the demand for the item is very high, processing can take up to 5 business days.

After processing, our standard shipping time is 10-12 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

**Delays due to the shipping carrier, international customs sorting, or high demand for a certain product are possible. Any problems, exceptions, or delays are to be handled by the shipping carrier directly, NOT with Nourlight, as we have no power over shipments once they leave our warehouse. We can and will provide you with a customer support number if an unexpected situation occurs.

If the order has not been delivered within this specified time please contact our customer support team for an update. (Note: Shipping time does not include processing time, which is generally 1-3 days)

My order was delivered, but I'm missing an item?!

In some cases, items from the same order are shipped separately to get them to you faster. If this happens, don't panic, your items are on the way! If you are absolutely sure that you're missing an item, please contact our customer service team sales@pomerful.com. We take pride in our customer service and will make sure everything is sorted out promptly.

How do I track my orders?

If you would like to track your order simply visit our 'Track Your Order' page and input your tracking #. If you have not received your tracking # contact our customer service team sales@pomerful.com with your name and order number and they will gladly provide it for you.
